Uticaj japanske mode i stilova na svetsku modu sve je jaci. O tome koliko sam impresionirana japanskom modom mogli ste da procitate u mom prvom postu. Na fakultetu nisam bas bila ljubitelj kostimografije, ali sad me sve vise inspirisu istorijski kostimi kao i kostimi mitskih likova iz knjiga ili filmova. Cosplay skraceno od Costume play je stil koji je u Japanu uglavnom zastupljen medju tinejdzerima i bazira se na nosenju kostima omiljenih junaka iz crtanih filmova, knjiga, stripova i filmova. Da bi stvorili sto upecatljiviji izgled i slicnost sa odabranim junakom, koriste razne aksesoare i dodatke poput perika, krila i sminke. Valentino Red je na NYFW -u (Nedelji mode u Njujorku ) ove godine lansirao kolekciju Susret Marije Antonete i Alise iz zemlje cuda, koja moram priznati ostavlja bez daha, sto je po meni jak i cvrst dokaz da se uticaj cosplay-a siri polako na citavu planetu.
